The Mission of the Encantado Foundation is to stimulate the development of hire-ready candidates for STEM-related positions, particularly among underrepresented populations. We therefore seek to foster women, persons of color, Native Americans and the disabled who wish to be a part of the digital workforce while also reshaping the way that workforce resources are acquired by technology-related employers.

Members of the community are invited to nominate non-profit organizations for one-time gifts of funding. To be recipients of The Encantado Foundation’s Community Gifting, organizations must hold a 501(c)3 designation and function within the Mission of the Foundation. Funds will be awarded based upon how closely the Mission of the nominated organization aligns with the Mission of The Encantado Foundation.
