Attendees will learn about this funding program, nomination process, and receive an overview of previously funded efforts. Participants will have an opportunity to ask questions about this funding opportunity to determine eligibility. Each session will be hosted by Zoom video conference call on the follow dates and times:

Program History:
Launched in 2022, The Encantado Foundation funded $44,500 in Community Based Grant Awards to nine organizations in Central and Northern New Mexico. These grants have supported operational, programmatic, and/or special event efforts aimed at increasing access and awareness to STEM careers. Nonprofit and fiscally sponsored projects in Central and Northern New Mexico, focused on increasing access to STEM careers, pathways, and opportunities are encouraged to submit a nomination to this funding opportunity. Community Based Grants emphasize a broader-view of the Foundation’s hire-ready mission.
