Now accepting Community Based Grant nominations:
The Community Based Grant program is a competitive funding opportunity focused on supporting STEM operations, programs, and/or special events that enrich & increase access to STEM learning opportunities & career pathways. This funding opportunity emphasizes a broad view of the Foundationās hire-ready, workforce development mission. Since 2022, more than $115,000 in community-based grant have been awarded to 20 nonprofit organizations, fiscally sponsored projects, and educational providers in Central and Northern New Mexico.
Grant awards are available up to $5,000.
Please note, for special event requests, we ask that events be hosted within 4 months after the nomination deadline.
To nominate an organization (self-nominations or community member nominations are welcome), please use the Foundationās online nomination form. Returning users may login to access their website account and new users may create a website account. Account access enables users to view and submit a new nomination.
Deadline to nominate an organization is Monday, April 1st.
